BillDesk Refund Delayed After Canceled Transaction, No Update Provided
On January 10, 2026, a purchase I made through BillDesk was canceled, and I was told that I would get my money back. But even after waiting a few days, the money has not yet been added to my bank account. There hasn't been a clear update, schedule, or contact about the progress of the refund. I kept checking with my bank, but they said that the refund had not been started. On the other side, BillDesk doesn't give you a clear means to acquire an answer. I want an immediate explanation, a confirmed refund status, and the refund amount to be credited right away.
