CCAvenue Withholding Merchant Payments With No Clear Explanation
I used CCAvenue payment gateway to get payments from customers, but they haven't sent me my money for more than a month. I have called and emailed more than ten times since early January 2026, but I have only gotten vague answers and excuses for why things are taking so long. They keep asking for papers yet don't fix the problem. My consumers have even called CCAvenue, but it didn't help. There is no openness or responsibility at all. I want all of the money that is still owed to me to be paid right away, along with a detailed written reason for the delay.
