I have tried contacting CCAvenue representatives multiple times, but none of their phone numbers are reachable and my emails go unanswered. I was forced to use CCAvenue through GoDaddy, as there was no other payment gateway option available, otherwise I would never have chosen this service. To make matters worse, I still have not received my login credentials, and support claims they are unable to resolve it. There is clearly no coordination between their teams, including customer grievance support, and the entire operation feels disorganized and careless. This lack of communication and basic functionality has caused serious disruption to my business.
