Shipy Marked Payment as Completed, but Funds Haven’t Arrived in 2 Weeks
Hello, I have an issue with Shipy where my payment hasn’t been received despite the status showing as "paid" for the past two weeks. My bank details are correct, yet the funds still haven’t arrived. I’ve reached out to Shipy’s live support multiple times, but I haven’t received any response. I’ve also tried contacting them via phone and WhatsApp, but there has been no reply there either.
This lack of communication is unacceptable. I need my funds to be transferred to my account immediately. I expect Shipy to address this issue promptly and improve their customer support processes. Until resolved, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. Please take action immediately.
