Shipy Delayed Payment and Stopped Responding to My Requests

We were using Shipy's Virtual POS system and temporarily linked it to an Ininal account. However, due to the account's limit being full, the payment was not transferred. Initially, we were able to reach Shipy and received a response, but for the past 3–4 weeks, they have stopped replying altogether.

I have repeatedly requested the payment receipt or proof of the transaction, but Shipy has failed to provide it. As a result, the total amount of ₺13,673.70 has not been sent to us. This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable. I demand Shipy resolve this issue immediately and transfer the owed amount. If not, I will file formal complaints with the necessary authorities.
