Deposit Not Credited Despite Successful UPI Payment

Hello I'm a member of Bht Trading Club with UID 6589***. On 07/06/2026, I deposited Rs 10,000 via UPI through the official Bht Trading Club link. The payment was shown as successful on my side, but even after 10 days the Amount has still not been credited to my Bht Trading Club wallet. I contacted Bht Trading Club support about this issue on 07/06/2026 he first asked to send a PDF copy and video recording of my bank statement, which I provided. Later, they reply your "pdf copy and video recording of transaction history is still check at bank" I have submitted deposit not received request more than 150 times but his reply was s e "pdf copy and video recording of transaction history is still check at bank" and when I told him to I going to do a cyber crime complain than they replied that " the receipt you provided is more than 10 days old and that, according to their bank, the payment with UTR 124358266501 has not been received contact your bank for a refund". However, when I contacted my bank, they clearly confirmed that the payment was successful and the money has been sent to Bht Trading Club. Because of this, I stuck between the company and the bank, while my Rs 10,000 is neither refunded nor credited to my wallet. I request that Bht Trading Club urgently recheck this transaction using my UID and UTR 124358266501, and either credit the full Rs 10,000 to my trading wallet or refund it back to my bank account as soon as possible.
