BHT Club Deposit Amount Not Credited My Game Wallet

I deposited ₹999.07 into my BHT Club (Bharat Club) game account using Paytm, but the money was debited from my bank account and did not reflect in my BHT Club account (ID 6594***). The first failed transaction had order number RC2025032610440159425039a with UTR 515824629380. Another deposit also failed to appear in my game account, with order number RC2026022518493337715372a and UTR 397929366680, dated 25/02/2026. For the second transaction, I was informed with the message: “Hello I already send PDF bank statement to our bank please wait patiently for an update. Thank you.” Despite this, the deposits still have not been credited to my BHT Club account, even though the amounts were successfully debited from my bank. I request that the missing deposit amounts for both of these transactions be promptly credited to my BHT Club game account or alternatively refunded back to my Paytm/bank account without any further delay.
