Paytm UPI Deposit Missing and No Refund Received

I deposited an amount of ₹8,000 to BHT CLUB as game balance on 16/05/2026 at around 7:24 a.m., but this amount has still not been credited to my account on the platform. I made this payment through Paytm using UPI from my Bank of India bank account. The amount was transferred from my side to the UPI ID jkbmerc00****2@jkb, which is linked to BHT CLUB, and my mobile number associated with the transaction is 7693807***. Even though the money has been debited from my bank account, it is neither showing in my BHT CLUB game balance nor has it been refunded back to my account. This has caused me financial inconvenience, as I trusted the platform and completed the payment correctly. I kindly request that my ₹8,000 be refunded back to my Bank of India account as soon as possible, since the game balance was never credited. If required, I am ready to provide my full bank statement or any other proof of this transaction. I also request that you check the transaction made via Paytm UPI on 16/05/2026 at 7:24 a.m. to resolve this issue promptly and ensure that such problems do not occur again.
