Deposit Not Credited Despite Successful UPI Payment
On 5 May 2026, I made an INR deposit of ₹1,000 to my Stake.com account via BHIM UPI. The transaction is marked as successful on my side and I have the transaction reference/UTR number as proof of payment. Despite this, the amount has not been credited to my Stake.com account. When I contacted your support team, I was informed that the amount was not received by you, which directly contradicts the successful status shown in my BHIM app and bank. I request that this issue be investigated based on the transaction reference/UTR number I hold, and that the ₹1,000 either be credited to my Stake.com account or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible. I would like a clear explanation of the outcome once your checks are complete.
