BHT Club Deposit Successful But Not Credited

I deposited 500 Rs into my BHT Club savings account, and the transaction showed as successful, but the amount has not been received in my BHT Club account. The money was deducted from my side, yet it is still not reflected in my savings balance. The payment was made with UTR number 300469764749. On 9 April 2026 at around 9:50 pm, I contacted BHT Club about this issue, but my complaint was not accepted, even though the payment shows as successful and the deposit has not been received. I request that the 500 Rs be refunded to my original payment method, from where the payment was originally made, as soon as possible.
