Money Was Deducted From My Bank Account But Not Received In Stake Account

On 01/04/2026, I transferred ₹500 from my India Post Payments Bank account via UPI to my Stake.ac account. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Stake.ac balance. The transaction details include Transaction ID / UTR number: T2604012058182538568113. This problem occurred while I was using India Post Payments Bank services in Khagaria, Bihar. I have not yet been able to get any resolution, and I have not received the money back in my bank account or in my Stake.ac account. I request that this failed/ pending transaction be urgently investigated using the above transaction ID, and that my ₹500 either be immediately credited to my Stake.ac account or refunded back to my India Post Payments Bank account, and that I be informed in writing about the outcome.
