Urgent Refund Request – Order Not Created But Payment Deducted

On Tuesday, July 29th, I made a purchase on Beymen’s online store using GarantiPay. However, my order was not created, even though the amount was deducted from my bank account. I double-checked my bank transaction history, and the payment clearly shows a successful transfer to Beymen. This proves the issue is on their side, not mine. Despite contacting customer service, I have not received any resolution, and I have been left without support for 8 days. I demand an immediate refund of the amount charged.
