I recently bought something at the Beymen store that was meant to be a gift for my father. I took the item back to the store on June 24, 2023, because it was broken in some way. I went through with the purchase, made sure it was the right one, and paid the full price for it. Even though they said the refund would be processed within five business days of receiving the broken product back, the refund was not given. When I called them on July 10, 2023, they told me that they had received the item but that the refund hadn't been done yet. We were surprised to find ourselves in this situation because of the store.
