On February 4, 2023, I bought something from the Beymen Adana store. I thought I would get it in three days. Unfortunately, it's been a few days past the date I was told the product would arrive, and I still haven't gotten it. Even though I tried to solve the problem at both the store and with customer service, I haven't gotten anywhere. Also, the customer service rep I talked to was rude and not interested in helping me solve my problem. This lack of professionalism made me feel even worse about how things were going. I don't think it's fair that I can't get the product I paid for on time, and I'm disappointed that Beymen Adana store and their customer service don't seem to care. I want the product to be sent right away, and I want this problem to be fixed.
