Beymen Bag Fiasco: Broken Zipper, Long Delay

I bought a Beymen-branded bag through the Beymen app, and the zipper broke after only a few months of use. On July 17th, I sent the product for inspection, and it arrived at Beymen's center on July 19th. Despite the fact that it has been over two and a half months since the inspection, there has been no response. I've called several times, but all I get are the same empty promises and the creation of records with no follow-through. They promised to respond to my request for a replacement within the day if the product was still in stock, but they did not. They claim that the bag was delivered to the supplier. Beymen appears to be more interested in branding overpriced, subpar bags with their name than in producing high-quality goods. It's been over two and a half months, and no resolution is in sight.
