No Coupon Refund for Cancelled Orders

On 10.05.2023, I bought a pair of shoes through the Beymen store's website, taking advantage of a discount defined for me during the day. Although the product was in stock and should normally be sent in 4 working days, it was not sent although it was 9 working days. When I called customer service and requested the problem to be solved, my product was not sent and canceled even though it was in stock. Not only was my victimization not resolved, but I was also victimized on top of that. I am complaining about the violation of my consumer rights about the company.
