Beymen Sent Us Faded Santoni Sneakers

I recently purchased a pair of Santoni shoes from Beymen.com, which were delivered 4-5 days late. To my dismay, one of the shoes exhibited noticeable fading. When I visited the store to discuss the issue, an employee speculated that they might have given me a display shoe. Upon contacting customer service, I expressed that the shoes were unwearable in their current state. However, they refused to exchange them due to lack of available stock. I was left with no choice but to return the product, and I received neither an apology nor any form of consolation. This ordeal has left me disheartened, as I invested significant time and effort to find and purchase this item during the campaign. It was intended as a gift, making the situation even more frustrating. Despite Beymen's claims of making customers feel valued, I've seen no evidence of such efforts. As the campaign concluded and stock depleted, my enthusiasm for Beymen waned. I won't consider shopping at Beymen again until both myself and my partner (for whom the shoes were purchased) are contacted by customer service with a solution or compensation.
