In return for this, they informed me via email that they had provided a discount code for customer satisfaction. I used the discount code they provided to place an order for another dress, but the size didn't fit. I requested a return for the order and contacted customer service. Customer service informed me that the discount code couldn't be reissued and that it was a one-time use code. Despite my explanation that I would return the item that didn't fit and make a size exchange, they didn't assist me. Such a situation can disappoint your customers and erode their trust. I can understand that the discount code is for one-time use, but the lack of attention to resolving the issue and the response from customer service further bothered me. I request the resolution of this matter and the refund of the code. Additionally, I recommend that customer service works more swiftly and effectively.
