Betwoon Did Not Credit My ₺2400 Bank Transfer Deposit and Gave Only Automated Replies

On September 1, 2025, I deposited ₺2400 into my Betwoon account via bank transfer through TEB, using my account ending in 2223. Even after two hours, the money was not credited to my Betwoon balance.
I contacted live support, provided my payment receipt, and was told that the funds had been successfully added. However, my account still did not reflect the deposit. When I reconnected with support, I only received automated messages claiming that my money had already been deposited and used. This was completely false.
I repeatedly explained that my problem was unresolved, but instead of genuine assistance, I kept getting the same copy-paste responses. After five hours, my deposit was still missing, and I was even told the issue could not be resolved.
I have my payment receipt as proof, and I demand that my ₺2400 deposit either be credited to my account immediately or refunded to my bank account. Customers should not be left ignored or misled when real money is missing.
