I received an email from Betwinner inviting me to register, promising a ₺250 bonus with no withdrawal limits. Based on that, I signed up. Shortly after, I received another email confirming the bonus had been added and that I needed to meet a 3x wagering requirement—after which I’d be able to withdraw without any limits.
But things changed drastically after I started playing. Suddenly, I was told I had to wager my funds 22 times to withdraw the ₺4038 bonus—and worse, I had to do it using my own deposited money. In fact, they told me I couldn’t access my winnings (which grew to ₺88,869) unless I fulfilled this outrageous condition.
This is a blatant bait-and-switch tactic. They lure you in with misleading promises and change the terms after you commit. The system is clearly designed to deceive users and make withdrawal nearly impossible, even when you follow the steps they initially lay out.
Betwinner, I demand transparency and fairness. You need to honor the original bonus terms and allow withdrawals as promised. Otherwise, this is nothing more than a trap to exploit players. Fix this immediately and stop misleading your users.
