Earlier today, I deposited ₺300 into my Betwinner account and turned it into ₺1200 through gameplay. I requested a withdrawal immediately, but it’s now been 21 hours and I still haven’t received my money. When I emailed customer support, they responded by saying it could take 5 to 7 days for the payment to be processed. Seriously? That timeline is outrageous.
Other platforms process withdrawals in 15–20 minutes at most. This delay is unacceptable, especially when Betwinner markets itself as fast and reliable. I’ve attached screenshots below as proof of my balance and withdrawal request.
