I signed up for a BetterMe trial membership, but unfortunately, it's deducting more money than authorized, and I can't seem to cancel it. I'm disappointed and seeking help. I'm disappointed that I can't reach the appropriate authorities, and I'm uncertain about what steps to take. Furthermore, I'm disappointed by how these applications have the ability to withdraw money from my card without any authorization. Earning money isn't as easy as I had hoped; these charges are disappointingly unjust. Unauthorized charges can indeed be a headache, but it's disappointing when it's challenging to contact the right people for resolution. It's disappointing that this issue wasn't addressed promptly, leading to more financial inconvenience.
