I signed up for the Betterme app for one month, but on March 25, an amount of 115.64 TL was deducted from my account without my knowledge. Unfortunately, there is no customer service available for the app, and my registration was stopped when it created a new character and asked for payment again. I demand an immediate refund of my money and the termination of my membership. It is frustrating that there is no customer support available to address this issue, and it is unacceptable that they charge me without my permission. I hope to have my money refunded and my membership terminated as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will go on posting my negative review on all social media platforms.
