I recently purchased a one-month membership to the Betterme app. Despite canceling my subscription, I discovered unauthorized attempts to charge me 115.64 TL. Despite the fact that I had no subscriptions listed in my iOS or phone settings, my card was charged 115.64 and 86.74 TL respectively. Are you now providing discounts on the illegitimate charges you're attempting to deduct from my account? I demand that these charges be canceled immediately. I am deeply concerned about this situation and expect Betterme to address it as soon as possible. Charging me without my permission is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution. Please cancel these unauthorized charges and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue.
