I recently signed up for the one-week plan from Better Me app, with no intent of renewing afterwards. But to my surprise, a month later I saw that they had taken a monthly subscription fee from my card without me even requesting it! I've also been unable to access the app ever since then, so I can't cancel my subscription either. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing because I never would have expected this kind of behavior from such an established brand like Better Me. Not only did they take money out of my account without any prior notice or request - but now I'm stuck in a situation where I can't even cancel what I don't want! All I want is for them to cancel my subscription and refund me the money they took from me; hopefully, someone can help me with this annoying problem soon.

Since I couldn't access the app from my phone, I couldn't complete the cancellation process. However, later on, I downloaded the app on another phone, logged into my account, and canceled the membership. I hope this has resolved the issue. Those who are unable to cancel can try this method.
