I only signed up for a trial membership with BetterMe, but I didn't even use it. Before the trial period ended, they charged my card ₺350. I've been trying to cancel the subscription, but their cancellation mechanisms aren't working. Google Play directs me to cancel through a payment method, but that's not how I originally paid. I had downloaded the app and made the payment directly. I can't cancel the subscription through the app or the web browser. What they're doing is illegal.
