My BetterMe Subscription Cancellation Request Gone Unanswered

I reached out to BetterMe to request a refund. Despite sending the refund conditions to their email addresses, no refund was provided, and they did not bother to respond. I bought a package that lasts for 4 weeks. Given the circumstances, I managed to finish 7 workouts and promptly sent them an email. The email provided all the required details, however, they only included a survey and failed to follow up.
