The videos that you need to work out with don't work properly. No one from BetterMe got back to me, only an automated email. After a week without any reply, I sent them an email requesting a refund, but again, no one got back to me. I have submitted another email today, but to be honest, I don't believe that they will get back to me.

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
