I cancelled the BetterMe subscription the same day that I took it out and 6 months later I am STILL being billed and nothing on the website works!!! This is stealing!! All of the links on the page come back as disconnected. I need a refund and to actually have this canceled! I have never used the app.

Hello. Thank you for reporting this situation to us. There is an option to cancel a subscription directly in the app (More → My Profile → Manage Subscription) or by contacting our support team.
