I Report Refund Failure On BetterMe After Pilates Subscription Cancellation

On 2025-07-02, I purchased a one-month wall pilates subscription from the BetterMe app and canceled my subscription on the same day. Despite canceling immediately, the subscription fee was charged to my card, and no refund has been issued since.

I attempted to contact your customer service but have not received any support or response. I purchased this service in good faith, but the lack of transparency and failure to process the cancellation properly has caused me financial and emotional distress.

I explicitly request a full refund of the subscription fee and confirmation that my subscription has been successfully canceled without further charges. I also expect someone from your team to contact me promptly regarding this matter.
