I Get Charged Monthly by BetterMe Without Any Subscription or Service Usage

I am being charged every single month by BetterMe, even though I have never signed up for a subscription and have not purchased or used any services from them. There is no active membership under my account, and I have not authorized any recurring payments. Still, money keeps being withdrawn from my bank account without my knowledge or consent.

This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve searched through all available options to cancel or reach customer service, but there seems to be no easy or transparent way to stop these charges. It feels like the company is silently draining funds from countless users without clear communication or authorization.

I demand an immediate cancellation of these unauthorized charges and a full refund for all deducted payments. BetterMe must also provide a clear explanation of how these charges were initiated in the first place. I will escalate this further if necessary.
