The company BetterMe has been deducting money from my account every single month without my approval. Throughout all of 2025, I’ve seen charges appear consistently—even though I never knowingly authorized or continued any subscription with them.

This is not a one-time mistake. It's a recurring, unauthorized charge that they’ve continued to take without clear consent or communication. After reviewing other complaints, I realized I’m not alone—many others are experiencing the same issue, which raises serious concerns about how this company operates.

I demand an immediate refund of all unauthorized payments and confirmation that no future charges will be made. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I will take legal action and file a formal complaint with the authorities.

BetterMe, stop taking money from people without their permission. Fix your system, respect cancellations, and stop preying on users who don’t notice until it’s too late. I expect a full refund and written confirmation this will not happen again.
