BetterMe Charged Me Monthly Without Consent After One-Week Plan


I purchased a 12-week subscription from BetterMe several months ago. Once that subscription period ended, I expected no further charges. However, I recently discovered that BetterMe charged my account twice at the new pricing rate, totaling approximately ₺700. I only noticed these charges a few days ago.
I had already canceled my subscription and did not use the app at all this month. In fact, I canceled the plan on the same day the charges were made. Despite this, the payments were still processed without my consent.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized charges and confirmation that my account will not be billed again. This needs to be addressed promptly to avoid further disputes.
