I Face Unauthorized Double Charge from BetterMe After Subscription Ended

I purchased a 12-week subscription from BetterMe several months ago. Once that subscription period ended, I expected no further charges. However, I recently discovered that BetterMe charged my account twice at the new pricing rate, totaling approximately ₺700. I only noticed these charges a few days ago.

I had already canceled my subscription and did not use the app at all this month. In fact, I canceled the plan on the same day the charges were made. Despite this, the payments were still processed without my consent.

I am requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized charges and confirmation that my account will not be billed again. This needs to be addressed promptly to avoid further disputes.

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
