BetterMe Charged ₺400 and ₺115 After Subscription Canceled

I initially subscribed to the BetterMe app for 3 months, but they continued to charge me even after that period ended. Once I noticed, I immediately canceled the subscription. However, on October 3, I was charged again—₺400 and ₺115 in two separate transactions—even though I don’t have the app on my phone anymore and the subscription was already canceled. How is this even possible? I am extremely frustrated, and I demand an immediate refund for these unauthorized charges. BetterMe, please address this issue and return my money promptly.

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
