I Canceled My BetterMe-Senior Subscription but They Still Charge Monthly

I signed up for the BetterMe-Senior app some time ago but canceled my subscription about three months ago. Despite canceling, I’m still being charged ₺349 every month through my credit card. What’s worse is that I haven’t used the program at all, and yet the payments continue as if my subscription were active.

I canceled the subscription directly from my account settings, so this ongoing billing issue is both unacceptable and frustrating. I demand that this issue be corrected immediately. I want no further charges made to my card, and I request full confirmation that my subscription has been completely terminated.

BetterMe needs to resolve this billing error without delay and ensure I’m no longer charged for a service I canceled and never used.

Dear BetterMe Support Team, Thank you for your response. I have checked my mailbox and seen your email. Please let me know exactly what additional details you need from me so that this issue can be resolved immediately. As previously stated, I canceled my BetterMe-Senior subscription three months ago, yet ₺349 has continued to be charged to my card every month. This is an unauthorized and unacceptable charge for a service I canceled and have not used. I am requesting the following without further delay: 1. Immediate confirmation that my subscription is fully terminated. 2. A full refund for all charges made after my cancellation date. 3. Written assurance that no further charges will be taken from my card. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank and file a formal complaint with the consumer protection authorities for unauthorized billing practices. I expect your urgent cooperation and a written confirmation of the resolution.
