I signed up for the BetterMe-Senior app some time ago but canceled my subscription about three months ago. Despite canceling, I’m still being charged ₺349 every month through my credit card. What’s worse is that I haven’t used the program at all, and yet the payments continue as if my subscription were active.
I canceled the subscription directly from my account settings, so this ongoing billing issue is both unacceptable and frustrating. I demand that this issue be corrected immediately. I want no further charges made to my card, and I request full confirmation that my subscription has been completely terminated.
BetterMe needs to resolve this billing error without delay and ensure I’m no longer charged for a service I canceled and never used.
