Unauthorized Recurring Charges on BetterMe Subscription Since April 2024

I signed up for a 1-month subscription to BetterMe, but they have been charging my card every month without my consent since April 2024. Despite multiple emails to resolve the issue, I have received no response or solution.

Every month, 98₺ is withdrawn from my account, and I have no way to cancel or contact the company directly. This is incredibly frustrating, and I feel misled by their service. I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges and the cancellation of any recurring payments on my account. BetterMe needs to take responsibility for this issue and provide better customer support for their users.
