Frustrating Experience & Poor Customer Support At BetterMe

The customer support provided by BetterMe-US is abysmal. I have reached out multiple times with questions and concerns, only to receive automated responses that do not address my issues. It is incredibly frustrating to feel like my concerns are being ignored by a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled.
