BetterMe Continues Charging My Account Despite Multiple Cancellation Attempts

I’ve repeatedly tried to cancel my BetterMe subscription, but they continue to charge my account. This has become incredibly frustrating, and I can no longer deal with it. I’m struggling financially, and this situation is making things worse. Despite canceling multiple times and reporting the issue, nothing has been resolved. It feels like they are intentionally taking advantage of people by charging even after cancellation. I’m seriously considering filing a formal complaint because this is unacceptable. BetterMe needs to stop charging me and address this issue immediately. I expect a prompt resolution and a refund for the unauthorized charges.
