Two Months of BetterMe App Unauthorized Charges and Failed Cancellations


I downloaded the BetterMe app with the intention of bettering my life, but it fell far short of my expectations. Even though I've already thrown away the equivalent of three months' worth of payments, the membership keeps renewing itself without my permission. I can't get out of this subscription bind no matter how hard I try because their customer service is so bad that it's almost non-existent. They send me links to cancel my subscription and urge me to do so, but when I click on the link, my subscription is not canceled. I have no control over the cancellation of my membership, which I desperately want. Help is absolutely necessary for me right now.
