Parimatch UPI Deposit Deducted From SBI But Not Credited

Today I made a deposit to my Parimatch account from my State Bank of India account using UPI for an amount of ₹2500. The money was deducted from my bank account, but it was not credited to my Parimatch account. When I contacted support, I was informed that the deposit had failed, but I was not given any clear information about when or how the ₹2500 would be refunded to my bank account. At the moment, my money is deducted, I do not see it in my Parimatch balance, and I also have no confirmation of a refund process. I request that my missing ₹2500 either be immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my State Bank of India account as soon as possible, and that I be provided with clear written confirmation of the action taken.
