I Report Unauthorized ₺350 Charge On BetterMe Subscription

I downloaded the BetterMe app and initially used it for a short period. Despite canceling the subscription and removing my permission, I later discovered that my payment card was left saved in the app without my consent. Worse, a new subscription fee of ₺350 was charged to my card without my authorization.

I did not approve or initiate any renewal. This unauthorized charge has caused financial distress and has shaken my trust in your payment security processes. I contacted your support but received no clear resolution, leaving me feeling ignored and unsupported.

I explicitly request the immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺350 charge and the complete removal of my payment information from your system. If this situation is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to legal authorities and consumer protection services.
