I made a one-time payment of ₺179 for the BetterMe app—clearly marked as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. I always ensure to avoid automatic subscriptions on such platforms. However, the app has been charging ₺350 from my card every month without my knowledge or consent.
I never received any notification or SMS about these charges, nor was I asked for confirmation or a password. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit users.
