I made a one-time payment of ₺179 for the BetterMe app—clearly marked as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. I always ensure to avoid automatic subscriptions on such platforms. However, the app has been charging ₺350 from my card every month without my knowledge or consent.

I never received any notification or SMS about these charges, nor was I asked for confirmation or a password. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit users.

I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges. BetterMe must address this issue promptly. Such practices are unethical, and I will escalate this matter if my money is not returned. Stop charging my card without permission!

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
