BetterMefzco Subscription Keeps Charging After Cancellation — How to Get a Refund

Although I canceled my bettermefzco subscription in March 2025 via Google Play using the email du****[email protected], I was still charged $2 every month from March 3, 2025 through November 3, 2025. I received cancellation confirmations from both bettermefzco and Google Play, and there is no active subscription showing in my Google Play account. All actions were completed on my Android phone.

I can attach the notification emails sent to my address and my credit card statement showing the extra charges. If this is not resolved, I intend to file a complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.

I request that my subscription be fully canceled immediately.
