I Face Unauthorized Charge from BetterMe After Trial Package Purchase

I purchased a trial package from BetterMe after seeing their ads, paying ₺180 for the offer. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to use or benefit from the package. Today, when I checked my account, I discovered that my card details had been saved without my consent and that on August 8, an additional ₺350 was charged to my account without my authorization. Even more concerning, I found that I cannot remove my card information from the app.

I have since learned that many other users have faced the same problem, with unauthorized charges and stored card details without explicit permission. This is a serious breach of trust and privacy. I made the payment via credit card, and I can be reached through my registered email (@gmail.com). So far, I have received no response regarding my membership or refund request.

I am demanding an immediate full refund of the unauthorized charge and the complete deletion of my card details from your system. This issue must be resolved promptly to prevent further unauthorized deductions.
