BetterMe Won’t Cancel Subscription and Keeps Charging My Card

For months now, BetterMe has been charging my card regularly, and I can’t cancel my subscription no matter what I try. I’ve followed all the steps, but there seems to be no way out. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like I’m trapped in a never-ending cycle of payments. I’m at a loss for what to do next and feel completely helpless. Am I working just to pay for this app? If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be forced to take this to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. BetterMe, I want this subscription canceled and these charges stopped immediately!
