I have a concern regarding the BetterMe app, which I have never used and only explored out of curiosity. On two occasions, funds have been taken from my account without my awareness. If they don't refund the payment, I'll have no choice but to pursue legal action. They never bother to provide any advance warning. I signed up for an app where they make decisions without any clear reasoning, simply stating "this is the payment." I will submit a formal complaint, and if they fail to cancel and refund my payment, I will have no choice but to pursue legal measures.
