BetterMe Charged My Card Unexpectedly
What BetterMe has done is completely unacceptable. I purchased a one-time package, used the app for only 5-6 days, and then stopped using it. Despite this, my card has been charged multiple times without my knowledge or permission.
I never received any notification, email, or warning about these charges. I wasn’t even using the app, yet they continued deducting money from my account without informing me. This is unauthorized billing, and I demand a full refund immediately.
If my money is not returned, I will file a formal complaint with Consumer Protection authorities and take legal action. BetterMe, refund my money now and stop unauthorized charges!
