BetterMe Charged Me Repeatedly After Paying for a Single Package

A few months ago, I purchased and paid for a fitness package through the BetterMe app. However, they continued to withdraw money from my account without authorization. To make matters worse, there’s no contact number to address this issue.

After experiencing this, I looked at reviews and discovered that many others have faced similar problems. This is unacceptable, and if my money is not refunded promptly, I will initiate legal action. I want BetterMe to know that I will not let this issue go unresolved. Customers deserve transparent billing and accessible support. I demand an immediate refund and a proper explanation for these unauthorized charges.
