BetterMe Program - Paid for Coaching and Wearable, but No Wearable Delivery

I enrolled in the BetterMe program and paid for both one-on-one coaching and a wearable device. However, despite my payment, I have not received the promised wearable device. When I try to access the wearable purchase, I'm shown an absurd price of $59.99, which makes no sense since I've already paid for it.
I'm unsure of who I should contact to resolve this issue. There is no option to provide my address or any other information to facilitate the delivery of the wearable device I purchased. I urgently request that my wearable device be shipped to me without further delay.
