BetterMe Charged My Card Repeatedly & Sent Program to the Wrong Email

97I purchased a one-week program from BetterMe, but I never received it in my email. At first, I didn’t worry too much, but now I keep getting charged on my card, even though I never received the program in the first place.
I suspect that BetterMe has the wrong email address on file, as I have not received a single email from them. Now, I am stuck in a billing loop, and I have no way to access what I paid for.
BetterMe, I need an immediate solution! How do I cancel these payments and ensure that I am not charged again? I do not want to continue paying for a service I never received. Please fix this issue now!
